THE kew society
Illustrated map and guided walk
The Kew Society is a charity dedicated to enhancing the beauty and character of Kew with its historic legacy of buildings and green spaces.
They approached hrscreative to illustrate, design and produce a leaflet showing a self-guided circular walk of Kew, with the aim to encourage people to explore the local area, discover lesser-known places of historic interest and raise awareness of what Kew has to offer in addition to the Botanic Gardens.
hrscreative mapped the walk using Strava, took photos of key places of interest and set to producing a selection of illustrations and the hand drawn map. All this was pulled together into an A2 broadsheet that folds down to DL and sits neatly in the custom-made leaflet dispensers.
Posters were also designed to promote the walk in the local area.
