Zetetick Housing charity
Founded in 2007, Zetetick Housing is a charity established in response to a lack of flexible housing providers willing to support individuals with learning disabilities in securing tenancy-based homes under a supported living model of care.
Zetetick plays a vital role in bridging the growing gap between traditional housing association provision and the increasing demand for supported living accommodation. The organisation provides high-quality homes for people with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs, championing best practice and delivering a level of service that goes beyond that of a typical general needs landlord.
hrscreative has worked in close partnership with the Zetetick Housing team across a wide range of projects. These include the development of ZetetickLife, their bi-annual magazine – covering design, print management, and distribution – as well as exhibitions and financial reports.
More recently, we have collaborated with their fundraising team to establish a refreshed visual identity for tenant-focused materials. This leaflet marks the first campaign delivered in the new style, introducing a distinctive illustrative approach. Each illustration is inspired by real tenants, helping to authentically reflect the community Zetetick supports.
“I went to hrscreative to produce a design for a fundraising door drop campaign. Not only did they advise on various options to maximise impact and minimise costs, Clare also guided me through the complex Royal Mail process and went the extra mile to deliver when a bank holiday put our print deadline in jeopardy. We are thrilled with the joyous final design.“
